The first photo of brick represents pattern and the photo of the chipping blue paint represents texture. The photo of my dog and the water falling out of the drain both represent movement, The photo of the windows represents symmetrical balance and last but not least the photo of the white snow on the dark green plant represents contrast. A variety of compositions like leading lines, rule of thirds, and angles are shown throughout my photos. I like to keep my photos as natural looking as possible, so when I edit in Photoshop I like to stick with levels, curves, and brightness/ contrast and make it look like how it does in person. Because of this, I concluded that my photography style is more on the natural side. I also enjoy taking simple pictures because I think multiple things of simplicity have a way of complimenting each other. Besides shooting my sister in the city for the identity project, I think this was my favorite project to shoot.
